As a recognized leader in condition assessment surveys, we conduct
objective and systematic evaluations of an
asset or assets, identifying conditions that affect the given asset's
ability to perform as intended.
After using hand-held computers to
collect
on-site inspection data, we perform complex
analyses using our own condition assessment
survey program—as
well as energy audits derived from software by Trane, Carrier or
the federal government.
We then catalog and provide budget estimates
for deficiencies that require maintenance, repair or replacement
actions. As we develop program documents, PB audits the client's operations
and maintenance activities to evaluate organizational structures,
procedures, staffing and training processes.
Tailoring services to facility needs
We perform analyses that inform our engineering design, construction
management and renovation actions. These often involve creating
a computerized maintenance management system, determining a maintenance
strategy and integrating existing automated systems.
PB's approach is tailored to each client's requirements, from
using simple paper forms to a hand-held computer approach. With
experience spanning the very latest technological advances in
digital photography and CAD line drawing scans of existing plans,
we integrate existing and planned inventory systems, financial
management software and other systems designed to facilitate maintenance
management tasks.
